How do i get rid of spots or moles?

Event though i add moles and spots in the Negative prompt the image still has moles and spots and nowadays the fingers and hands are mutated more than before, no matter what prompts i add or deduct the image is never perfect... i need some suggestions

The output image contents are mostly probabilistic, so it might be challenging to fully resolve the issue.
But I'll think about other ways to potentially improve this situation.
