It's unfortunate that you have to indicate a very young age and, often, several forms of the same negative prompts to make sure you don't get a character with enormous breasts. I think so many people ask for insanely large breasts that the AI just automatically tries to make ALL breasts massive. So, this is not supposed to be a young character, but the "young" prompt was necessary to make an average human female.
