Hi,
I have been trying to generate images for 3 days, no matter what time of the day, the images are always in the queue or in process but nothing happens. I keep deleting the task and try it again with no outcome. I also tag the images with SFW & NSFW as applicable. Could you please confirm if my profile is banned or is it just something on the server end.

There was a period yesterday when some of our servers were not functioning correctly, which likely contributed to the problems you've been experiencing.
