Terms of Service
Effective October 7, 2026
This is an English translation. The Korean text is the binding version; where the two differ, the Korean text applies.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the rights, duties and responsibilities of PromptSearch Inc. (the "Company") and its members, and the conditions for using PromptSearch (www.ptsearch.info, the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- A "member" is a person who agreed to these terms, created an account and uses the Service.
- "Posts" are the text, images, videos, music, prompts, comments and other information a member puts on the Service.
- The "Studio" is the feature where AI models make images, videos and music ("creations") from a member's prompt and settings.
- "Credits" are the Studio's free daily allowance, renewed every day on the Company's terms.
- "Paid points" are points a member bought; "activity points" are points given free for activity on the Service or for events.
- "Paid services" are services a member pays for, such as paid points and file storage plans.
Article 3 (Posting and changing these terms)
- These terms are linked at the bottom of every page of the Service.
- The Company may change these terms within the limits of the laws that apply, including the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.
- Changes are announced on the Service with their date and reason at least 7 days before they apply. Changes that are unfavourable to members are announced 30 days ahead and also sent to the e-mail address on the account.
- A member who does not accept the changes may close their account before they apply. Using the Service after that date means accepting the changed terms.
Article 4 (Other rules)
Matters not covered here follow the law and the policies the Company publishes (Community Guidelines, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy).
Article 5 (Signing up)
- To sign up, a person agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy and fills in the sign-up form.
- People under 14 cannot sign up.
- The Company may refuse a sign-up, or end the agreement when it finds out later, if:
- someone else's details or false details were used;
- the person lost membership before for breaking these terms (unless the Company agreed to let them back);
- accounts are being created in bulk by automated means.
Article 6 (Keeping your account safe)
- Members look after their own login name and password and may not hand over or lend their account.
- A member who finds their account has been used by someone else must change the password at once and tell the Company.
- The Company is not responsible for losses caused by a member not updating their details or not looking after their account, unless the Company was at fault.
Article 7 (Closing an account and restrictions)
- Members can close their account at any time in the account settings.
- Closing an account ends any remaining credits and activity points. Remaining paid points and plans must be refunded under the Refund Policy before closing.
- Closing an account deletes the account details at once, but the member's posts and comments stay with a changed author name. Members who want posts removed must delete them before closing the account.
- If a member does something Article 11 forbids, the Company may remove posts, restrict use of the Service or end the agreement, step by step or at once. The member may object to the decision.
Article 8 (Notices to members)
The Company contacts members by the e-mail address on the account or by notifications on the Service. A notice to all members may be posted on the Service for at least 7 days instead.
Article 9 (The Service and changes to it)
- The Company provides prompt search and sharing, the community, the Studio, file storage and member ads, among other features.
- The Studio and some features are offered in beta: the quality and speed of creations and the models on offer may change.
- The Company may pause the Service for maintenance, replacement or failure of equipment, network outages or outages of outside services, announcing it in advance when it can.
- When the Company changes or ends a service, it announces what and why 30 days ahead. If a paid service ends, remaining paid points and plans are refunded under the Refund Policy.
Article 10 (Paid services and points)
- What a paid service includes, its price and how long it lasts are shown at checkout. Payments go through the payment providers the Company uses.
- Paid points can be used for 5 years after purchase and activity points for 1 year after they were given, after which they expire. The Company warns members on the Service before points expire.
- Points cannot be given to other members or exchanged for cash, except for refunds of paid points under the Refund Policy.
- Paid points and paid services cannot be used for adult (NSFW) creations or other adult features; only activity points and credits can.
- When a creation fails or is cancelled, the points and credits it used are returned automatically.
- Cancellations and refunds follow the separate Refund Policy.
- A payment made by a minor without a legal guardian's consent may be cancelled by the minor or the guardian.
Article 11 (What members must not do)
Members must not do any of the following. The Company may refuse or remove such posts or creation requests without notice.
- Make or post sexual content showing, or appearing to show, children or teenagers.
- Put a real person's face or body into sexual content against their will (deepfakes), or post illegally filmed material or edits of it.
- Infringe others' rights, including copyright, trademarks, portrait rights and personal information.
- Post explicit content without adult verification and the NSFW label, or label adult content as general content.
- Post content that encourages or glorifies violence, hatred, discrimination or crime.
- Spam, post promotional comments, repost the same content repeatedly, or manipulate likes or views.
- Access the Service excessively or collect its information in bulk with bots, scripts or other automated means, or use the Service or its generation servers in ways the Company has not allowed.
- Use another member's account or pretend to be the Company or its staff.
- Undermine the Service's security or disrupt its operation.
- Break the law in any other way.
Article 12 (Rights in posts)
- The copyright in a post stays with the member who made it (or its original rights holder).
- By posting, a member lets the Company copy, transmit and display the post worldwide, free of charge, and resize or reformat it as needed, to run, show, search, recommend and promote the Service. This permission ends when the post is deleted or the account is closed, except for parts already shared or tied to other posts.
- The Service is a place to share prompts: prompts and creation settings a member posts publicly may be copied by other members for their own creations.
- When a post falls under Article 11 or a rights holder reports it, the Company may take it down temporarily or delete it as Korean law on information networks provides.
Article 13 (Creations)
- A member may use the creations they asked the Studio to make. Whether a creation is protected by copyright and whether it may be used commercially depend on the law and on each AI model's licence; the Studio shows each model's name and licence.
- AI creations may be inaccurate, resemble other works or differ from what was intended. Members must check a creation before using it and are responsible for how they use it.
- Creations a member posts on the Service fall under Article 12.
- For quality and safety, the Company may check creation requests (prompts and settings) and creations automatically.
Article 14 (Adult content)
- Adult (NSFW) content is shown only to members who turned NSFW on, and, when the Company requires it, only to members who completed adult verification.
- Adult content must be labelled NSFW when posted. The Company may label or hide posts as NSFW based on automatic checks or reports.
Article 15 (Member ads)
Members may book ads in the slots and weeks the Company offers. Ads are reviewed by the Company before they run; adult content and ads that break the law or these terms are not run. Buying, cancelling and refunding ads follow the ad booking pages and the Refund Policy.
Article 16 (The Company's duties)
- The Company follows the law and these terms and works to keep the Service running reliably.
- The Company protects members' personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.
- When a member's comment or complaint is justified, the Company deals with it and tells the member the outcome by e-mail or a Service notification.
Article 17 (Limits of liability)
- The Company is not liable when it cannot provide the Service because of events it cannot prevent, such as natural disasters, war, or outages of telecoms carriers or outside services.
- The Company is not liable for problems a member causes themselves.
- The Company does not take part in members' posts or in dealings between members or with third parties and is not liable for losses from them, unless it acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
- For services provided free of charge, the Company is not liable unless the law says otherwise.
Article 18 (Damages)
If the Company or a member breaks these terms and causes the other a loss, they compensate it, unless they were not at fault.
Article 19 (Disputes and jurisdiction)
- The Company and members first try to settle disputes amicably.
- Disputes that remain are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and lawsuits go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
Addendum
These terms apply from October 7, 2026.
